UK Delivery

Standard delivery (3-5 working days): £3.50/order.

Expedited delivery (1-3 working days): £7.95/order.

FREE DELIVERY is offered on all orders £30 or over.

Orders are only dispatched after full payment has been received and are normally shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. 

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Therefore, if an order is placed after 12 midday on Friday, please wait until the next Monday for us to dispatch your goods.

worldwide delivery

International delivery is now available at a flat rate of £12.50/per order. Your card will be charged in GBP (£) and we are not liable for any potential losses of exchange rate within the transaction. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail International.

Returns

If your are unsatisfied with the products, please write or call us within 14 days of receiving your item for a return. Returned goods need to be in intact conditions with our logo at the back and in the original packages. Once the items have reached us, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt.

We cannot cover your returned postage; however, will issue a compensation discount on your next purchase at Chau Art that equals your postage cost. Therefore please keep your postal receipt as proof of return, and your compensation voucher needs to be used within 28 days of being issued.

We cannot issue refund for personalized/customized products so please consider this when placing a customized order.
